COVID-19: An Update on Our Services

The safety of our staff and customers is our priority. Here at JAH, we sincerely hope that all of our customers are okay during this challenging time. Due to the spread of COVID-19, we have made some precautionary steps to ensure that all our staff and customers are safe.

We remain open for business as usual and have made necessary arrangements to protect our clients and staff at JAH.

All of our staff are taking extra precautions with hygiene, and everyone has been given bottles of hand sanitiser, which are used liberally throughout their working day. We will now only send one engineer out on domestic jobs, in accordance with the Government’s advice on limiting social interaction.

In our offices, we are frequently wiping down all handles and surfaces. The entire team are following NHS guidelines and we wish our customers to do the same. We are doing all we can as a business to prevent the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19).
