As we reflect on 2024, we’re filled with a sense of accomplishment and pride. Whilst we’ve consistently provided excellent domestic electrical services to our valued customers in Plymouth and the surrounding areas, this year has been particularly special due to two significant commercial projects.
Fairway Furniture
Working directly for SpaceWorks, who developed the entire concept for the new Fairway Furniture store, we were thrilled to be completing another large commercial electrical project at Fairway Furniture, another family-owned Plymouth business. After months of dedicated work behind the scenes, we were selected to be a part of their exciting £1.5 million store revamp.
- Local Collaboration: We’re proud to work alongside a fellow Plymouth business. Our proximity to Fairway Furniture makes this partnership even more meaningful (just around the corner!).
- A Shared Vision: We’re working directly with SpaceWorks, the creative minds behind the entire store concept. Their vision, combined with our electrical expertise, has brought the project to life.
- A Team Effort: Our entire team at JAH Electrical is excited to contribute to this significant project. We’re passionate about supporting our local community and are thrilled to be part of such an inspiring revamp.
Plymouth Marine Centre
Our skilled engineers have been hard at work on a comprehensive electrical installation project for Plymouth Marine Centre. This project involves a complete overhaul of the centre’s power, lighting, and cabling systems. We can’t wait to see the finished product, with boats and jet skis filling the space.

First and foremost, let’s raise a virtual glass to Jamie, who, this year, celebrated his 19th work anniversary! It’s hard to believe that nearly two decades have flown by since Jamie first started JAH Electrical Services. His unwavering dedication, strategic vision, and hands-on approach have been instrumental in transforming the company into the industry leader it is today. Under Jamie’s guidance, JAH Electrical Services has consistently delivered our clients the best possible electrical solutions, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous growth. New Beginnings and Bright Futures
We’re thrilled to announce that two of our talented apprentices, Jake and Brandon, have successfully completed their apprenticeships and are now fully qualified electricians! Their hard work, dedication, and commitment to learning have been truly inspiring. We’re proud to have them as part of the JAH Electrical Services team.
A New Partnership: Supporting Women’s Football
We’re excited to announce that JAH Electrical Services has become a proud sponsor of the Plymouth Argyle Women’s Walking Football Team! We’ve provided the team with all-weather lightweight training jackets to keep them warm and dry during training sessions, matches, and tournaments. As Sasha from the Plymouth Argyle Women’s Football Team said, “We would like to say a huge thank-you to JAH Electrical Services Ltd for our wonderful all-weather Puma jackets! With all the rain we’ve been having, this will be our most valuable accessory.”

Our primary focus for 2025 remains on continuing to deliver exceptional service to our loyal customers. We’re also excited to launch new and exciting commercial projects.
We’re investing in our team’s professional development to enhance our capabilities further. Two of our talented team members will be undergoing training to become hazardous areas electricians. This will allow us to expand our commercial offerings and take on more projects for the MOD, petrol stations, and other hazardous areas.
