We’re looking to bring another experienced person into the JAH Electrical team, and we’re keeping an open mind about exactly what the role could look like for the right person.
Maybe you’ve been working for the same company for years and feel ready for a new challenge, or perhaps you’ve been running your own electrical business and are getting tired of chasing work, paperwork, quotes and payments. Or maybe you’ve spent years on the tools and would like to use your experience in a slightly different role, without necessarily giving up site work altogether.

We’re looking for an experienced electrician with a strong background across domestic and commercial electrical work. Industrial experience would also be an advantage, as our work covers all three areas.

The role could involve:
• Site visits and surveys
• Estimating and preparing quotations
• Reviewing drawings and specifications
• Material take-offs
• Customer and supplier liaison
• Technical support
• Electrical works on site where required

We're flexible about the position.

It could suit someone looking for 2–3 days a week, primarily helping with surveys and estimating, or we’d consider full-time for the right person, with a mixture of office/estimating work, surveys and electrical work on site.

You don't necessarily need to have worked as an "Electrical Estimator". If you've spent years running jobs, pricing work, ordering materials, dealing with customers and solving problems on site, you may already have much of the experience we're looking for. Most importantly, we’re looking for the right person to join and become part of the JAH team.
