We are so excited to have our new clinic up and running.
From the off the focus has been about what kind of service would we want to go to, what does Plymouth lack or the South West for that matter in physio and rehab based facilities and what we think we could offer to change that.
We want to be able to teach you the correct exercises and movements in an appropriate space and give you the tools to be able to self manage your symptoms or injuries the best you can. Without spending any more time just lying on a plinth being massaged or prodded with a machine than you have to. Though it does means you leave us with home work!! 💪
Our new clinic will mean we can offer you much more, including:
🔘 Pelvic Health Physiotherapy service with Kate
🔘 Gait analysis
🔘 Performance assessments
🔘 A Sport/exercise related MOT looking at prevention rather than cure
🔘 Digital running training plans
Alongside our core services of physiotherapy acupuncture and massage, which will always be our main focus.
A big shout out however has to go to the people behind us getting to this point. Firstly my amazing wife Kate who probably thought I had disappeared off the face of the earth with the amount of time I have spent working late into the night and at the unit painting and prepping over the last few weeks. Without her support this would not have been achievable.
To both sets of parents who have offered so much to allow us to get here. I am pretty sure both Dad and Adrian are sick of the sight of the unit already!!
